  1. What is Digicel Rewards?
    • Digicel rewards is a loyalty program which allows international customers (non-Digicel markets) to earn Savings Dollars from each top up transaction.
  2. Who can participate in Digicel Rewards?
    • Digicel rewards program is currently available to international customers (non-Digicel markets) who transact on the Digicel Online Top Up website or mobile App. Transactions to Martinique, French Guiana & Guadeloupe are excluded.
    • Each customer must agree to the terms and conditions & must provide and maintain a working e-mail address.
  3. How do I Sign up for Digicel Rewards?
    • Communications about the program, will be electronic by e-mail or on our website.
    • Membership begins when you accept the Terms & Conditions at Digicel Rewards.
    • Each eligible participant shall select a user login ID which shall be used to gain access to the Digicel Rewards website.

  5. Can I use my current Online Top Up login credentials to access Digicel rewards?
    • Yes, customers will only be able to access the program using a valid Digicel Online top up account. Customers will be required to sign up for the Online Top Up service or log in using an account that already exist.
  6. How do I view my available Savings Dollars?
    • You may view your Digicel rewards account activity when you visit our website and sign into your account.
  7. Can I access a history of my Savings Dollars earned for each transaction?
    • Yes, Savings Dollars earned from each transaction will be included on your receipt.
  8. Will I be able to view a history of all my redemptions?
    • Yes, customers will be able to view their history once logged in to the Digicel platform
  9. Can I delete my account history?
    • No, account history cannot be deleted.
  10. How do I cancel my account?
    • You may cancel your account at any time by notifying Member Services by email at DigicelRewards@DigicelGroup.com (mailto:DigicelRewards@DigicelGroup.com). Cancellation may take from 3 to 5 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation your account will be deactivated and you will lose all accumulated Savings Dollars forthwith.
    • If your Digicel rewards account is cancelled or deactivated, you will not receive the Savings Dollars to cash equivalent for unredeemed Savings Dollars.
    • Savings Dollars have no cash value outside the use of the rewards program. Any remaining Savings Dollars will be forfeited.
    • All personal information including information used to create your rewards account will be automatically deleted upon your account being inactive, terminated or suspended.
  11. Can I combine Savings Dollars from more than one account and redeem for a reward?
    • Digicel reward Savings Dollars are not transferable and may only be used by the registered user to whom they are issued.
  12. Can I transfer Savings Dollars to another customer’s account or to another account that I have?
    • Digicel reward Savings Dollars are not transferable and may only be used by the registered user to whom they are issued.
  13. Will my Savings Dollars expire?
    • Yes, Savings Dollars will be reset to zero after 6 months of account inactivity.
  14. How do I earn Savings Dollars?
    • Customers earn $1 Savings Dollar for every $1USD spent.
    • $200 Savings Dollars for first time customer sign up.
    • Additional Savings Dollars may be earn depending on various promotional offers.
    • Note these are subject to change at any time without notice.
  15. How do I earn Savings Dollars?
    • Customers earn Savings Dollars when top up is completed via the website or via the mobile App.
  16. How long after completing a transaction are my Savings Dollars updated?
    • Savings Dollars will be updated within 24 hours.
  17. How do I redeem my Savings Dollars?
    • Savings Dollars can be redeemed once you have joined the loyalty program and agree to the terms & conditions.
  18. How often can I redeem Savings Dollars?
    • There is no restriction on redeeming Savings Dollars. Once qualifying Savings Dollars are available, the customer can use them to redeem available rewards.
  19. What is the maximum savings dollars that can be redeemed in a certain period?

There are no restrictions to the amount of Savings Dollars that can be redeemed within a particular period.

  1. What is the maximum savings dollar that can be redeemed in a single transaction?

The maximum savings dollars allowed to be redeemed on a single transaction will be displayed live on the website at time of each transaction.

  1. Can my Savings Dollars be used to receive credit for any market?
    • Yes, Savings Dollars can be used to receive credit from all markets excluding Martinique, French Guiana & Guadeloupe.
  2. What is the minimum Savings Dollars required before I am able to redeem them?
    • Minimum savings dollar would be $200 Savings Dollars for a $5 Digicel Top Up.
    • Jamaica customers will be required to redeem bonuses by dialing (*147# + send) within 72 hours. Bonus is not available for redemption after 72 hours.
  3. How will customers be able to claim their bonus credit after it has been redeemed?

In order for a customer to access bonus credit, they will need to claim their bonus via *147#. Once *147# is dialed, the customer should: Select ClaimMyBonus > Online & Overseas Bonus > Online Bonus > Bonus Credit

  2. Will my recipient receive a text message when Savings Dollars are redeemed for bonus credit?
    • Yes, the recipient will receive a text message once the bonus has been applied.
  3. How long after redeeming my Savings Dollars will the bonus be applied?
    • Bonus will be applied within 24 hours of redemption.

    • Bonus credit is added to a special account and is therefore different from the recipients main account balance.
  2. How do I check my bonus credit?
    • The recipient may check bonus credit by dialing a special code. Please see table 3 below:

    • Bonus credit can be used to make calls from the recipient’s home network to any Digicel number locally.
    • Bonus credit cannot be used while roaming

    • Yes, bonus credit is only available for a specific number of days. Please refer to Table 3 above.
  3. What is the rate to make calls using bonus credit?
    • The rate to make calls will be dependent on the recipient’s local prepaid plan. Recipient should check with his/her local Customer Care team for call rates.
  4. Will the recipient’s call be disconnected if the bonus credit received from Digicel Rewards is depleted while on a local call but he/she has available bonus from another promotion?
    • Yes, the call will be disconnected and the person will be required to redial the number to continue the conversation.
  5. Will the recipient’s call be disconnected if the bonus credit received from Digicel Rewards is depleted while on a call but he/she has available credit on main balance?
    • Yes, the call will be disconnected and the person will be required to redial the number to continue the conversation.
